Payments
ModTod families keep 65 percent of the sale price for every item sold. Cash earnings are securely deposited into a linked bank account or paypal after your items have been delivered to the buyer. Your earnings are recorded in your ModTod account under My Earnings. To link a bank account, you must provide a bank account and routing number upon creating your first listing.
You can also link your paypal email.
You can raise a withdrawal request on your sales . Our threshold to raise a request is when you cross 50$ in your commissions. You can do so from your vendor dashboard.
The Payouts will be reflecting in your account in 3-5 Days from the date of wtihdrawal Approval.
In the case where the order gets cancelled. Modtod shall refund the customer their money back and deduct that from the vendor’s sale prior to the payouts.

Shipping & Returns
Returns are not accepted but refunds may be requested under the following circumstances: if you receive the wrong item, if the item is damaged and the damage was not documented in the listing, and if an item is not shipped within 7 days after a completed purchase. It is important to note that all other sales are final, including for items that are shipped but that do not fit. Refunds may be requested within the ModTod app within five days of receiving your order. Photos and a detailed description explaining the reason for your refund request must be submitted within your ModTod account. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and will be credited to the bank or card card used to make the purchase.
ModTod offers $12 flat rate shipping on each purchase from an individual seller. Shipping is free on your first purchase during our beta test.
When you sell something on ModTod, we’ll send a notification to your phone. You’ll need to package your items and record the package weight and dimensions within your ModTod account. We’ll then email you a prepaid shipping label from Canada Post. Simply print it, tape it to your package then drop it in the mail.
